Dynomites (ages 4 ½ 7
½) Focuses on developing coordination,
strength and flexibility while learning the basic Karate moves. Emphasizes self-discipline, courtesy and
confidence. As the child advances, additional
skills will be added.
Juniors (ages 7 ½ 12 ½) - Focuses on Karate as a means of self defense. Additional emphasis placed on
character-building.
Advanced Juniors
(Purple/Blue rank and above) - Focuses on Karate as a means of self
defense. Additional emphasis placed on character-building.
Teens (ages 12 ½ 18) Focuses on a more advanced understanding of Karate
techniques and environmental awareness. Additional emphasis placed on
character-building and perseverance.
Adult Intro class
- Introduces new students to the fundamentals of Karate to facilitate a
smooth transition into the teaching and open classes.
Adult Teaching class Offers students a chance to learn new material to
progress to the next rank.
Adult Open class
A high-intensity class emphasizing the application of Karate techniques
learned in Teaching class.
Sparring class
For the student interested in practicing and improving sparring,
grappling and street techniques.
Family class
Offers an opportunity for parents and children to train together in a fun,
family-friendly class. Intended as a
supplement to age-specific classes.
