Children's Programs

Little Ninja’s (2 ½ – 4  ½)  

This program is designed for our youngest students to develop the basic self discipline that will enable each child to take part in other group activities whether they be karate, school or sports.

Dynomites (ages 4 ½ – 7 ½)

This program focuses on developing coordination, strength and flexibility while the child learns the basic Karate moves and has fun with games.  Self-discipline, courtesy and confidence are emphasized.  As the child advances, additional skills will be added.

Juniors (ages 7 ½ – 12 ½)

The Juniors program offers fun & energetic classes that focus on karate as a means of self–defense. Positive attitude, confidence, courtesy, and self-discipline are emphasized.

Advanced junior (purple/blue belt and above) classes provide a more in depth understanding of karate and offers the child instruction in more advanced techniques.

All of the above children's programs follow the children's belt curriculum and testing system.

Adult Programs

Teens

Our Teens program is designed for youths who are ready to follow the adult curriculum.  Classes focus on a more advanced understanding of Karate techniques and environmental awareness. Additional emphasis placed on character building and perseverance.

ADULTS

Open classes offer a great workout while challenging each student to apply karate techniques in a fast-paced environment. Adult teaching classes allow the student a chance to learn new material to progress to the next rank.

Supplemental Programs

Family class

Family class is an opportunity for parents and children to train and have fun together.  This class is in addition to the regular children and adult classes.

SWAT

The Special Winning Attitude Team (SWAT) leadership program offers select role-model students the opportunity to help and assist during classes as well as participate in a special SWAT class.
