Adult Open
A high-intensity class
emphasizing the application of
Karate techniques learned in
Teaching class.

Sparring
For the student interested in
practicing and improving
sparring, grappling and street
techniques.

ADULT PROGRAMS:
CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS:
Dynomites (ages 4 ½ – 7 ½)
Focuses on developing coordination,
strength and flexibility while learning the
basic Karate moves.  Emphasizes self-
discipline, courtesy and confidence.  As the
child advances, additional skills will be
added.

Juniors (ages 7 ½ – 12 ½)
Focuses on Karate as a means of self –
defense.  Additional emphasis placed on
character-building.

Teens (ages 12 ½ – 18)
Focuses on a more advanced
understanding of Karate techniques and
environmental awareness. Additional
emphasis placed on character-building
and perseverance.

All of the children's programs follow the
children's belt curriculum and testing
system.
