The Special Winning Attitude Team (SWAT) leadership program offers select role-model students the opportunity to help and assist during classes as well as participate in a special SWAT class.

Positive attitude, confidence, character, courtesy, and self-discipline are emphasized in this program. The SWAT members also have their own special classes to both learn new skills, but also share the experiences they had while assist-teaching and receiving leadership advice.

The Special Team of Role Models (STORM) recognizes SWAT members who have dedicated a significant amount of effort and time in their own training and assisting others. STORM team members are given more teaching responsibilities in the classes they assist.
