NEWS FOR JULY 2010 

SCHEDULE - See our 2010 Summer Schedule.   This schedule is effective June 28, 2010.

NO MORNING CLASSES will be held the weeks of July 19 and July 26 due to camps.  All afternoon, evening  and Saturday classes will run according to schedule.

SUMMER CAMPS - See you at camp!  Camps run from 8:30 - Noon.  Bring street clothing, sneakers, gi, and a snack.  Water will be provided.

Advanced Juniors/Teens:  July 19 - 23rd. 

 Dynamites/Juniors:  July 26 - 30th.

SWAT - The next SWAT class is Tuesday, August 3 at 6:45 PM.

ADVANCED ADULT CLASS - For adult blue belts and above,  an advanced belt class will be held Saturday, July 31 at 11 AM.
