SUMMER IS HERE! The 2009 Schedule is now
available. This schedule is effective June 19, 2009.
We are happy to retain all existing classes to allow
scheduling flexibility to our families who have summer
plans. For summer only, our Thursday 10 AM Adult
class is also open for Advanced Jrs. and Teens.
Note: In honor of our country, no classes will be held
on Friday July 3 and Saturday July 4.
CARDIOBOXING We are pleased to offer a new
cardioboxing class on Thursdays at 6 PM. Bring your
friends for a fun and challenging circuit training class.
